Terms of Service — Home Made With Love

1. Who we are

Home Made With Love is a made-to-order home bakery operating from a studio kitchen in Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560070. We have been baking since 2016. Our kitchen is FSSAI licensed under licence no. 21226195000109. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Ordering

You can place an order through our online menu and cart or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Every item is freshly made to order — nothing is mass produced or held on a shelf. Prices are set in Indian Rupees. For convenience, prices may be displayed in your region's currency, but your order is charged based on the order we confirm with you.

3. Lead times

Because everything is baked fresh, most items need a little advance notice. The lead time for each item is shown on its product page. After you place an order, we confirm the exact timing with you directly.

4. Payments

Online payments are handled securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI and Indian and international cards. We never see or store your card details — payment information is processed entirely by Razorpay.

5. Pickup & delivery

You can pick up your order from our kitchen, or we can deliver across Bengaluru. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

6. Cancellations & refunds

7. Food information

Our food is prepared in a home/studio kitchen and may contain or come into contact with egg, nuts, gluten, dairy and soy. Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. We will always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

8. Acceptable use & liability

Please use our website and services lawfully and in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
