Loaf cakes baked with whole-wheat flour instead of refined, sweetened with jaggery and dates rather than white sugar, and studded with oats, walnuts and fruit. All eggless, no preservatives and no palm oil, baked in 250g tins. The kind of cake that lives on the counter and gets sliced with chai for a week.
