Refund & Cancellation Policy

Everything is baked fresh for you, so timing matters. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Made to order

Because every item is freshly prepared for your specific order, the timing of a cancellation matters — once we've started buying ingredients and baking, we can't always undo it.

2. Cancelling your order

You can cancel for a full refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Within 24 hours, because ingredients and preparation may already be underway, orders are generally non-refundable. Please still contact us — we'll always try to help.

3. If we cancel

If we're unable to fulfil your order — for example, an ingredient is unavailable — you'll receive a full refund.

4. How refunds are issued

Refunds are made to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically appear within 5–7 business days.

5. Quality concerns

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours (a photo helps) and we'll make it right, case by case.
