Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pick up from our kitchen or have your order delivered across Bengaluru. Here's how it works.

1. Pickup

Free pickup is available from our kitchen in Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560070, Monday to Saturday, 11am–7pm. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

2. Delivery

We deliver only within Bengaluru. Your online payment covers the items in your order; the delivery charge depends on your location and is quoted and collected separately when we confirm your order over WhatsApp. Orders to addresses outside our serviceable Bengaluru area can't be accepted for delivery — please choose pickup or message us.

3. Lead time

Most items need a little advance notice. The lead time for each item is shown on its product page, and we confirm a pickup or delivery time after you order.

4. On the day

Delivery may be via our own arrangement or a trusted local courier. As our products are perishable, please be available at the number you provided so we can hand over your order promptly.

5. Care

Keep refrigerated items chilled, and enjoy fresh-baked items the same day for the best taste.
