Browse the menu and tap the WhatsApp button on whatever you'd like — it opens a chat with that bake already filled in. We take it from there: we'll confirm the item, the timing, delivery and payment in the same conversation. It speeds things up if you send the recipient's name and phone number, and the full delivery address or a Google Maps location link.

Within 15 minutes during our working hours — Monday to Saturday, 11am to 7pm. If you message us outside those hours, we'll pick it up when the kitchen opens.

It depends on the bake, and every product page states its own lead time. A good part of the menu is ready the same day; most loaves and celebration cakes need 24 hours; a few items need longer. If you're working to a deadline, message us and we'll tell you what's possible.

Either. You can collect from our studio kitchen in Tata Silk Farm, Jayanagar by appointment — message us to fix a time — or we'll send your order across Bengaluru through a local delivery partner such as Porter or Uber Parcel. Delivery cost depends on the distance and we'll confirm it in the chat before anything is paid.

For cakes, we send you a photograph before dispatch, so you can see exactly what's arriving.

Most of them are. Every card and product page carries a marker — green for eggless, amber for contains egg — and you can filter the whole menu down to eggless bakes only. Our brownie range is the main exception; there's an eggless brownie gift box for when you need one.

We bake in small batches, from scratch. No margarine, no preservatives, no cake mixes and no palm oil — the recipes are our own, and the loaves marked "(Whole Wheat)" are made with whole-wheat flour. We're FSSAI licensed (21226195000109). If you need to check a specific ingredient for an allergy, please ask before ordering and we'll tell you exactly what's in it.

Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations and corporate gifting are a large part of what we do. Tell us the occasion, the date, the size you need and the message you'd like written on top, and we'll plan it with you. Ordering from outside India for family in Bengaluru works the same way: message us and we'll arrange the details in the chat.
