Tiramisu

Coffee-soaked sponge layered with creamy mascarpone and dusted with cocoa — a classic Italian indulgence. Ours is made without egg, which the traditional recipe is not, so it suits anyone avoiding it. It is the largest of our single-serve desserts, and we normally have it ready rather than baking to order.
