Chocolate Tres Leches

Our dark chocolate take on the classic — sponge soaked in three milks, impossibly moist and rich. Dark rather than milk chocolate, so it stays on the right side of sweet even after all that soaking. This is the tres leches for anyone who does not count a dessert as a dessert unless it is chocolate. Eggless, three hours' notice, served single portion.
