Delicate rose-infused tres leches with a hint of floral sweetness — light, airy and dreamily fragrant. The most unusual thing on our dessert list, and the one to order if you have had tres leches before and would like to be surprised by it. Rose is a flavour people either love straight away or have never tried; both are decent reasons to order one. Eggless, three hours.
