Mermaid Theme Cake

Buttercream blended from pink through lilac into turquoise, like water going deeper. Three hand-modelled mermaid tails stand on top, with fondant starfish, seahorses and shells around the sides and sugar pearls scattered through. The name and age go on in gold. Every tail is shaped by hand, so tell us the colours.
