Lightly spiced carrot and almond loaf in whole-wheat — moist, wholesome and gently sweet. The gentlest of our loaves: spiced, but only just, which makes it the one for people who find most cakes rather too much. Whole-wheat flour, 250g, eggless, and baked fresh on a day's notice.
