Silky cheesecake layered with homemade blueberry compote — creamy, fruity and beautifully balanced. The compote is cooked in our own kitchen rather than poured from a bottle, which is what keeps the fruit tasting like fruit. One of the two berry jars on the menu, alongside strawberry. Eggless, single-serve, and normally sitting ready in the fridge.
